Alexandre brings a global fintech perspective to Cauris, shaping how technology and credit intersect across Africa. He has led product and strategy teams at Mastercard, YellowPepper (acquired by Visa), and MTN Mobile Money. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.​

Azer oversees Cauris’s investment strategy, blending Wall Street precision with emerging-market insight. Before Cauris, he structured complex credit transactions at Goldman Sachs and managed fintech exposures at Mastercard. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a CFA charterholder.

Rosebella leads risk management at Cauris, bringing extensive experience in audit, controls, and enterprise risk across Africa. She began her career at Deloitte, where she developed deep expertise in financial and operational auditing. She holds an MBA from Kenyatta University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).​

Alexander directs Cauris’s impact and ESG strategy, ensuring every investment drives measurable outcomes. His background spans fintech strategy at Mastercard and M&A at Goldman Sachs. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School.

Charles leads Cauris’s real-time credit monitoring platform. He previously built credit-decisioning infrastructure and led the engineering team at Juvo, a high-growth fintech, and holds a degree from UCLA.​​​​

Kevin leads portfolio monitoring and analytics, ensuring disciplined oversight across Cauris’s credit exposures. A trained accountant and former Deloitte auditor, he holds a degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi.

Sylvestre manages investment execution and operations, bringing experience in derivatives and capital markets from Citi and UBS. He holds a Master’s in Financial Markets from Université Paris Dauphine.
